Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase made
StateQuartersDisplay.Com. Only Items that have not been personalized are eligible for return.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and your item
has not been personalized with a To: and a From: names, you can submit a request for return by sending a message via our
Contact Form or by calling our number, (940) 482-5981, within 30 days of the order date.
Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and specify whether you would like a refund or new merchandise shipped to you. Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue an exchange or refund your money, less shipping and handling.
All returned orders must include the original packaging, and be returned to us freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method.
Refused parcels and unauthorized returns will be accepted back. Provided they are in good condition, we will issue a credit for the value of the items only. In the event of a refused parcel or unauthorized return in which the item(s) is damaged, no credit will be issued.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do our best to guarantee your satisfaction.
Please note that you must contact us via email or telephone before sending any packages back to us for your return to be valid.
Damaged Items
In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 14 day period of the receipt of product. Please reference the item(s) in question, quantity, and a description of the damage and we will then issue the appropriate damage control procedure.
